Box Full Of Kisses(Love)

  Some time ago, a man punished his 3-year-old daughter for wasting a roll of gold wrapping paper. Money was tight and he became infuriated when the child tried to decorate a box to put under the Christmas tree. Nevertheless, the little girl brought the gift to her father the next morning and said, “This is for you, Daddy.” The man became embarrassed by his overreaction earlier, but his rage continue when he saw that the box was empty. He yelled at her; “Don’t you know, when you give someone a present, there is supposed to be something inside?” The little girl looked up at him with tears in her eyes and cried;   “Oh, Daddy, it’s not empty at all. I blew kisses into the box. They’re all for you, Daddy.”   The father was crushed. He put his arms around his little girl, and he begged for her forgiveness. Love yourself

  Sometimes I think of six impossible things before breakfast. But not like Alice. My six impossible thoughts are usually about my body. I’m too fat. My skin is so pale. My hair is overly frizzy. The bags under my eyes make me look like a raccoon. I wish I were taller. I wish I had a rounder face. By the time breakfast is over I’m depressed and feeling insecure. But how could I not want to be a better version of me? Who doesn’t want to be a better version of themselves? Being a better you isn’t a bad thing, unless your better version is impossible. There are things about ourselves that we can’t change; it’s who we are and what makes us different. And by obsessing over those things, we lose our happy. I want to motivate you today to be a better version of yourself, but not physically, mentally.
